Field Experience - Fall 2016This field documentation was during my first semester in the Art Education Program. I was able to get involved in the Saturday Art Program helping upperclassmen manage their classrooms. As well as returning to my old high school's art classroom and observing and helping the teacher in any way possible. This semester I accumulated about 11 hours of observations.

Field Experience- Summer 2017The summer before my sophomore year, I was given the opportunity to teach drawing lessons to local Oxford middle school boys. It was an experimental series of projects, but their skills and confidence in drawing grew tremendously as the weeks went on.

Field Experience - Fall 2017 & Spring 2018
This field documentation was during my Sophomore year in the Art Education Program. This collection of field experience in the fall was first in Ridgeway Elementary's Art classroom. And then in one of Edgewood's Middle school Art classrooms. The majority of my experiences varied from being able to help manage the classroom, to helping teach a lesson or two. The overall experience was so very helpful in seeing and understanding the dynamic and atmosphere of an Elementary and Middle School art Classroom. I was so thankful to be able to form relationships with the students and teachers through all of the time spent with them. This year we accumulated about 30 hours of observations.
